The Vehicle Entry Permit application and installation used to be a rather arduous process and you needed to visit JB and wait for hours to get it done.  In addition the website itself was rather cranky.   These days, the process is much faster and whilst the website can be a bit slow, it will come round. But the key is to get the right paperwork sorted first. So first you should cancel the old VEP if any on an older car you may have owned.  Second need the log card plus insurance for your new car.  Then you need to install the TnG app and add your application for VEP.  Do save them and your ID in a pdf form  Then simply follow the instructions on the website  VEP There is a site for application, then it will also show the link for collection, and this site is also a bit slow and needs you to refresh the screen sometimes.
