    I read your entry on Hardwarezone.com.sg and I'd like to make a recommendation. There are "Apps" for iPhone that will provide a better result then a Radio Shack SPL meter. Please have a look at http://www.mic-w.com/product.php?id=3 This mic complies with IEC 61672 Class 2 sound level meter standard and when used with a decent "App" will provide some very useful acoustic data.
